With over 25 years in the electronics industry, I began my career at 22 at a local distributor, where I gained invaluable knowledge and learned the importance of attention to detail—principles that guide me today. After that company closed, I worked with brokers but grew uncomfortable when some relied on non-vetted suppliers. I left to create Dash Electronics, a small, woman-owned business, where I could prioritize fair pricing, quality, and customer satisfaction.

At Dash Electronics, we focus on reliability, long-term relationships, and a global network of vetted suppliers to meet our clients’ needs—whether they’re small businesses or Fortune 500 companies. Our independence from shareholders allows us to offer competitive pricing for common and hard-to-find components alike.

Sales and relationship-building have always been my passion, beginning with entrepreneurial ventures as a child. I value active listening, a strong work ethic, and understanding my customers’ needs deeply, ensuring we never over-promise or under-deliver. If it comes down to it, I’d rather lose a sale than a customer.

Born and raised in Cleveland, I now balance my professional life with my family—my husband Joe, our daughter Gianna, and our two dogs, Cooper and Sugar. Outside of work, I enjoy shopping, reading, traveling, and giving back to my community through charity work.
